More than any other department, members of the Clarabridge Professional Services team are the ones who live and breathe the Clarabridge product.
Our Trainers work directly with customers to familiarize them with the different tools and functionality available within Clarabridge, while the Engagement Managers leverage those learned skills and fine tunes the tool for the specific industry in which a client is operating. With the support of the Consulting Engineering and Business Consulting teams, the Engagement Managers also execute implementations and projects for clients while the Customer Success team serves as the primary point of contact for existing customer relationships. All Services team members have the chance to build strong relationships with Senior executives at client companies and provide expertise on how best to take advantage of the services provided by Clarabridge software and consultants. The department is goal-oriented, tenacious, and, above all, delivers on the promises it makes to our clients.
